This year, the group continued to enhance working conditions with the signing of agreements on quality of life at work.
Improvement of working conditions
The banking sector has been undergoing profound change for several years. These transformations impact operating methods, job professions and working relationships. Crédit Mutuel pays particular attention to the impact of these changes on the quality of life at work.
Crédit Mutuel addresses its employees’ working conditions through regular dialog with the unions, in particular through surveys on the work space, the tools made available, managerial relationships, perceptions on the role played as a driver of change, employee support, workload management and remote working.
This has led it to sign agreements on quality of life at work with the representative trade unions. The regional groups have taken various measures aimed at providing the best possible working conditions for all their employees.
These measures are fully detailed in their statements of non-financial performance.
